"Why can't I do what I say I'm going to do?"

"I know what to do. I just can't make myself do it."

"I should be living so much better than I am."

"There is no good reason why she has these things and I don't."

"How do I make myself do what I know I need to do?"

She doesn't have one problem. She has a rotating cast of suspects. Lack of self-discipline. Fear of the responsibility of success. Fear of not being as good as everyone thinks. Perfectionism. She catches one, names it, buys a program for it, and a season later she's back with a different one.

There were a lot of choices I was making based on beliefs that not only weren't true, but that I didn't even know I believed. They were like that head DJ that you don't know you have until you get still for a second and realize there's a song playing in your mind.

She wasn't stupid. She wasn't reaching. She wasn't a failure. She was right. All of those things were the reason she wasn't where she wanted to be. But she stopped before she realized she was choosing not to be self-disciplined. She was choosing to be afraid of success. She was choosing to be stopped by perfectionism.

Here's where she finds out why.

You hadn't uncovered the real reason why you thought they would work in the first place.

Thirty-three years. The last six were the closest: hypnosis, DIY NLP, brain hack programs, because she had correctly identified this as brain related.

A year from now she's been working her plan. She hasn't been perfect. She's made progress, and she knows how to make up the pieces she didn't get done, because she knows why she didn't get them done.

To everyone else, you look successful. You are successful. And every morning you watch a version of yourself you can't seem to hold onto. By the time the day starts, that woman is gone again.

You tried to reach her with the programs, the books, the planners, the coach, the reset that was going to be different this time. Some of them worked for a while. None of them lasted. And after enough of them, you landed on the only explanation you can see: it must be me.

But what if it isn't?

Every program you ever bought worked on the visible layer, your schedule, your systems, your habits. Not one of them touched that layer underneath, where your beliefs have been quietly making your decisions for years. That's why you could hold a new routine for nine days through sheer effort, and why it collapsed the week things got hard.

TRUE is eight weeks of learning to see that layer, and then testing it.

You'll develop a lens to see yourself like you never have before, and a method you can use to make aligned choices for the rest of your life. When you reclaim the power to choose instead of simply repeating old patterns, you reunite with the version of yourself who can pursue possibilities.

The course takes the one belief that's costing you the most and puts it on trial. You'll hypothesize it, audit the evidence behind it, design a real-world test, and find out what your own resistance sounds like when it starts talking.

By Week 8, you'll be able to do something you've never done before: catch the automatic behaviors you thought were personality, in real time.

Eight 90-minute virtual sessions.

What you walk out with is a tool.

Over eight weeks you learn to excavate the belief sitting underneath a pattern, and then to test that belief against your own definition of true. You build that definition yourself, and it becomes the litmus test you can run on anything afterward.

The Choice Is Yours showed you a belief was there. This is where you learn to challenge it.

The distance between the woman they see and the woman you see is a belief.

Which one is the only question that matters, and it isn't one you're going to answer by yourself on a Tuesday night.

An hour, free, with me and a room of women chasing the same question about themselves. You'll leave knowing how to go find yours.

Four sessions, one hour each.

The same session every time, so she picks whichever one fits.

Thanks, I'll be in touch with your link. Everyone who registers goes on the list for the January dates.

FAQs

Not at all, and I designed it that way on purpose. I've also signed up for those programs that sold me a solution only to find out that there's a $10,000 upsell at the end. TRUE ends where it says it ends and you'll leave with a genuinely useful tool. If you never speak to me again after Week 8, you still have a method you can run for the rest of your life. I have other work, and you're welcome to it, but nothing I've built requires you to buy the next thing to make the last thing function.

Then you're the person I built this for.

Here's what I'd bet on: every one of those programs worked for a minute. New schedule, new system, new habits, new rules. And they worked, for a while. Nine days, three weeks, four months if it was a good one and you were determined. Then something got hard and it all came back. Been there, got the T-shirt.

That's what happens when you try to treat unconscious level behavior with conscious level tools.

I completely respect the fact that you're a full grown woman. You share what you want to share. To maximize the presentation time, every regular session is chat-only. You'll find you say more in writing than you ever would with a microphone in your face. Most people do. Cameras should be on so I can see that we're all in our places with sunshiny faces.

The workbook is yours alone. I don't collect it, I don't read it, and nothing in it is graded. Now, if you have something you want to put out in the streets, we have two open mic sessions for you to share to your heart's content.

Ummm… is there something else you were expecting? Don't tell me you're one of those that signs up for programs thinking "if this works, great, but if not, at least I'll have a snazzy new planner with a matching tote." Side note: I was one of those.

But that's not a bonus, it's a consolation prize. In other words, the thing the loser gets.

So no, there's no bonus stack. You'll leave with the workbook, full of your own handwriting, and full of the answers to the questions you've had for years. Every one of them exists only because you did the work.

There's nothing here to keep if you don't.

Everyone who registers for a free 1-hour session is automatically placed on the priority notification list for the January TRUE cohort dates and enrollment windows.

I don't believe you need coaching. I'm teaching you a method, the same one, in the same order, to everyone in the room. You're the one who applies it to your life.

Because finding the belief that is costing you the most is where everything begins. An hour together gives you the exact methodology to see it clearly, with zero obligation. When you're ready to put it on trial, the full eight-week TRUE course begins in January.

The next live eight-week TRUE cohort begins in January. Final dates and times will be announced to our registration and waitlist members first.
