These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getignitedhere.com, including our self-guided workbooks, educational masterclasses, coaching experiences, and interactive exercises (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services & Educational Disclaimer
Ignīte, founded and led by Kimberly Mitchell, provides belief-first personal and leadership development methodologies, structured self-assessment tools, live virtual coaching masterclasses, and curated educational resources.
Important Personal Development & Health Disclaimer:
All materials, assessments, coaching sessions, and guidance provided through Ignīte are designed solely for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes. Ignīte and Kimberly Mitchell do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological therapy, or licensed mental health counseling. Participation in our programs does not establish a clinical or therapeutic relationship. If you require medical or psychological treatment, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, curricula, methodologies, graphics, audio, video, software scripts, and written materials available on getignitedhere.com, including the marks Ignīte™, The Breakthrough™, Truth Colored Glasses™, TRUE™, Journey to Joy™, and The Choice Is Yours™, are the exclusive intellectual property of Kimberly Mitchell and Ignīte, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, resell, license, or publish any portion of our intellectual property or workbooks without express prior written permission from Kimberly Mitchell.
3. Registration & Participation
When registering for virtual sessions, workbooks, or assessments, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants during live virtual group sessions. Disruption, harassment, or unauthorized commercial solicitation of other participants is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal without refund.
4. Purchases, Enrollment & Guarantees
Self-Directed Workbooks: Digital purchases (including The Choice Is Yours guided workbook) are digital tools. Because access is granted immediately upon order fulfillment, digital products are non-refundable.
The Participation Guarantee: For our full eight-week TRUE live course (opening enrollment in January), we stand by our work through our Participation Guarantee: attend at least six of the eight sessions (including Weeks 6 and 7), submit your completed TRUE workbook, and sit with Kimberly Mitchell for thirty minutes to review it. If you did the work and it did not work for you, a full refund of your course fee will be granted upon claim within 30 days of your final session.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignīte, Kimberly Mitchell, and affiliated partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, materials, or programs. Your participation in our exercises and application of our principles is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts situated in Missouri.
